Parts Policy
Parts are extra unless clearly included in the quote.
Customer-supplied parts must be correct for the vehicle.
If a customer provides the wrong part, additional labor, travel, waiting time, or parts sourcing fees may apply.
Parts search and acquisition fees are non-refundable once parts have been searched, picked up, ordered, or purchased.
Service Condition Policy
Final pricing may change if the vehicle has rust, seized bolts, missing wheel lock key, stripped lug nuts, wrong parts, difficult access, unsafe conditions, or additional repairs needed.
If the job cannot be completed due to incorrect parts, unsafe work conditions, or vehicle condition, a service call, diagnostic, travel, or partial labor fee may still apply.

Yes. Prices shown are starting labor prices unless otherwise stated. Parts are extra.

Yes. Customers may provide their own parts. Customer-supplied parts are not covered by parts warranty through Metro Mobile Mechanic. Labor warranty may apply depending on the job.

Yes, when available. If we source parts, the customer pays the part cost plus any parts search, pickup, acquisition, or special-order fee.

No. Parts sourcing fees are separate from the price of the part.

Part cost: $120
Parts pickup fee: $25
Labor: $120
Total: $265 -
Yes, they may. European, luxury, performance, rusted, modified, or difficult-access vehicles may require additional labor, specialty parts, or special tools.

Alternator replacement, starter service, battery service, and charging-system diagnostics may be available by quote.

Same-day service may be available depending on schedule, location, parts availability, and job type. Same-day sourcing fees may apply.
